Finding
The Brooks
The Brooks Shopping Centre is located between Middle Brook Street and Upper Brook Street in the Centre of Winchester. From the High Street, take the passage by the side of Vodafone and you will see Upper Brook Street entrance.

Park & Ride
There are three Park and Ride car parks: South Winchester, East Winchester Car Parks – Barfield and St Catherine’s. There are over 1650 parking spaces now available.
The car parks are all covered by CCTV, and are all awarded the Park Mark Safer Parking status for security and safety. The Park and Ride car parks are available for use 7 days a week, however the bus service currently operates Monday to Saturday only, except on Bank Holidays. By Car
There is a council run two level car park directly below the shopping centre and with over 300 parking spaces you can park and shop without stepping out into the elements. The entrance to the car park is located on the North East side of the Shopping Centre on Friarsgate Street (B3331).

By Train
Walk directly down the hill from the station towards the crossroads. Cross the junction and continue straight along City Road until another junction and set of lights. Here take a right turn onto Jewry Street.
Pass the Theatre and Library on your right. Carry on until you see St George’s Street on your left. Take this turning and continue down St George’s Street until you see the Brooks Shopping Centre ahead of you where the road curves around to the left.

By Bus
The nearest bus stop to The Brooks is situated on Middle Brook Street, between Sainsbury’s and Marks & Spencer.

Accessibility
At The Brooks
The Brooks has full Disability access to meet the needs of our customers and enable their shopping experience to be effortless and enjoyable. These access points are located via Friarsgate for the Lower Shopping Concourse and from Middle Brook Street leading to the Upper Shopping Concourse.
Lift access to the Shopping Concourse is available in the centre of The Brooks, Car Parks and by Energie Fitness.
Disabled Toilet facilities are located on the Upper level parking.

Missed a delivery while you’ve been at work? Not got round to getting to the post office during your break? No worries!
We’ve partnered with InPost to bring parcel lockers to The Brooks to make online shopping and sending parcels super easy.
The lockers are located in Upper-Level Parking.

At The Brooks
Our Lost Property Service is located within the Brooks Management Suite.
