Terms and Conditions

    1. This competition is ran by The Brooks Shopping Centre, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 8QY.
    2. The prize is a family ticket of two adults and two children to Marwell Zoo.
    3. There will be 1 winner.
    4. To enter, participants must follow our Instagram page and comment with which animal they are most excited to see at the Zoo.
    5. The competition will run from 05/08/2019 until 4pm 12/08/2019.
    6. Entry into the competition is restricted to one entry per person. Entries received after the stated date will not be eligible.
    7. The winner will be contacted after 4pm on 12th August 2019.
    8. The winners must be available to collect their prize from The Brooks Shopping Centre, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 8QY.
    9. The winner must collect the prize by 26/08/2019.
    10. If The Brooks Shopping Centre fail to be able to make contact with a winner within 24 hours, another winner will be chosen.
    11. The Brooks Shopping Centre reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion and prize at any time without prior notice.
    12. Employees of the Centre, their immediate families, press, agencies, sponsors and commercial partners or any person directly or indirectly connected to the competition are not eligible to enter the competition.
    13. The information provided by the entrants will be used by The Brooks Shopping Centre and their appointed marketing agency Shoppertainment Management Limited only to monitor future competition winners.
    14. The winner must agree to have their photo taken with the prize to be used on social media and other promotional and marketing activity.
    15. The winner of the competition will communicate regarding the competition and arranging collection date and time with The Brooks Shopping Centre on Instagram only.
